Australian technology company xAmplify has acquired Accelerate IT Solutions, a Perth-based ServiceNow specialist. The deal adds a local team with experience in enterprise and government projects. It also marks xAmplify's first major move into Western Australia. The companies did not share the financial terms.
John Boyland and Mayank Verma founded Accelerate IT Solutions in Perth in 2017. The firm offers ServiceNow consulting, implementation, optimization, and managed services. Its clients come from government, education, mining, utilities, and consumer industries.
The acquisition takes xAmplify's workforce to more than 250 people across five locations. The company plans to open an office in Western Australia. Accelerate IT is its third acquisition in about 12 months. xAmplify earlier bought Canberra-based CTO Group and Queensland-based Green Cloud Consulting.
CEO Wayne Gowland said the deal gives the company a stronger national ServiceNow presence. He added that it raises xAmplify's footprint in Western Australia by a large margin. The company already runs a sizable ServiceNow practice on the east coast.

The Accelerate IT team will join that existing practice. Its leaders will stay in place during the change. xAmplify says this keeps the firm's skills intact. Staff will also get access to larger customers, wider technology work, and more career options.
The deal fits xAmplify's focus on automation and artificial intelligence. The company has been building AI workflows, models, and accelerators. These tools help speed up platform rollouts and improve how services are delivered.
xAmplify plans to keep growing on its own while it folds in Accelerate IT. The next step is to set up the Perth office and bring both teams together. The company also wants a bigger presence across Australia and New Zealand. Western Australia now sits at the center of that plan.
