Technique Control Facility Management (TCFM) has completed 10 years of operations, with about 16,000 employees managing more than 140 million square feet of property. The company serves more than 200 client locations across 30 cities and 12 Indian states. It has also expanded its services and invested in staff training and digital monitoring.
TCFM began in 2016 with around 500 employees. It started as a dedicated workforce capability within the Embassy Services business before developing into an integrated facility management provider. Today, it operates as a subsidiary of Embassy Services Private Limited (ESPL).
The company’s growth covers both its staffing and the types of properties it serves. Its clients now span offices, factories, hospitals, hotels and other facilities with different daily requirements.
TCFM provides housekeeping, technical support, security, landscaping, horticulture, and office services. Its operations also cover residential property, industrial sites, warehouses, infrastructure, and educational facilities. Pharmaceutical and energy facilities form part of the portfolio as well.
The wider range of sites brings different cleaning, maintenance, safety, and support needs. TCFM manages these services across its network while using common procedures for site operations.
Its current footprint reaches 30 cities in 12 states. More than 200 client locations fall within that network, along with the properties that make up its reported 140 million-plus square feet under management.
TCFM has introduced TCFM Plus to serve clients with specialised facility requirements. The service line covers safety, compliance, audits, training and specialised cleaning. It sits alongside the company’s integrated facility management activities.
How does TCFM maintain consistent service across more than 200 client locations? The company reports using 80 standard operating procedures to guide work at its sites.
TCFM also conducts more than 230 site audits each year. Its annual activity includes over 350 site due diligence assessments and more than 104 site transitions. Those processes form part of its approach to operational oversight.
The company holds four ISO certifications. Its announcement did not identify the individual standards, leaving the scope of those certifications unspecified. TCFM uses these procedures and reviews to organise services at facilities with different day-to-day demands.

Workforce development forms another part of TCFM’s operating model. The company conducts more than 3,700 training sessions annually through five training centres and a library of over 100 modules.
It also reports more than 8,000 hours of onsite training each year. Its practical training facility, Gurukul, helps prepare staff for technical, operational and compliance tasks. The programs serve employees working across different facility types. With its workforce now about 32 times its initial size, TCFM runs training alongside its wider service operations across India.
Alongside training, TCFM uses digital tools to monitor sites and report operational information. Its systems include Integrated Facility Management System dashboards, Internet of Things connections, and Building Management Systems.
Digital reports and technology-supported audits also feature in its operations. These tools give teams access to site information and help them track activity across locations.
Dharmvir Singh, TCFM’s country head, described the priorities for the next stage of growth. “The next phase of facility management will be defined by how effectively we integrate people, processes, technology, and governance to meet evolving business needs,” he said.
Singh linked those plans to service quality and changing regulatory demands. “Our focus is on building a future-ready organization that delivers quality, meets evolving regulatory and ESG requirements, and creates sustainable value for our clients,” he said.
The company plans further investment in specialized services, employee training, and operational visibility. Singh said staff would remain central as TCFM responds to changing needs across its client locations.
Over ten years, TCFM expanded from roughly 500 employees to 16,000 and now manages more than 140 million square feet across 30 cities. Its next priorities include specialist services, staff training and digital oversight, with operational standards and client requirements guiding further development.
