T-Mobile is changing how it bundles benefits with mobile plans in the US. The wireless carrier has introduced T-Mix, a new range of plans that lets customers choose perks such as Netflix, music subscriptions, food delivery, and AI services instead of being locked into a fixed set of benefits.
Announced Monday (October 26, 2026), the plans will be available starting in November. The move comes as US wireless companies look for new ways to attract customers beyond network coverage, smartphone offers, and monthly prices.
T-Mobile’s new lineup includes three options: Standard, More and Loaded. Pricing starts at USD 55 per month for one line on Standard, USD 75 on More and USD 95 on Loaded, with AutoPay. Taxes and fees are additional.
Each tier includes a different number of choices, called “Picks,” which customers can use to select eligible services and other benefits. Standard includes one Pick, More includes two, and Loaded includes three.
The available options cover streaming, music, gaming, food delivery, sports, AI tools and certain wireless services. Customers can also use eligible Picks toward device promotions, depending on the plan and offer.
T-Mobile has partnered with companies including Apple, DoorDash, Google, Hulu, Netflix, Paramount+, SiriusXM, Xbox and YouTube. Customers may choose benefits such as Netflix, DoorDash’s DashPass, Apple Music, YouTube Premium, Xbox Game Pass and Google Gemini.
The selection could appeal to people who already pay for several digital subscriptions and want more flexibility in how they use their wireless plan benefits.
T-Mobile Chief Marketing Officer Allan Samson told news agencies that Netflix was the most popular choice during a pilot program launched in early October. Music subscriptions and AI services also attracted interest, while Xbox gaming proved popular with younger users.
Unlike traditional plans that bundle benefits into fixed tiers, T-Mix allows customers to change selected perks every three months, as well as during an annual change window. Customers can change certain wireless benefits, including satellite connectivity, at any time.
This flexibility could help customers adjust their plans as their needs change, without switching monthly packages just to access another benefit. However, the number of Picks available depends on the plan and the number of lines. Customers will need to check the specific terms to understand which services are included and whether any additional conditions apply.

launch reflects a wider shift in the US telecom market. Carriers are increasingly using entertainment, delivery and digital subscriptions to make their plans stand out. Rival Verizon has also introduced customizable benefits, raising the pressure on providers to offer more choice. T-Mobile’s challenge will be to show that customers value the flexibility enough to choose T-Mix over competing plans.
