ChatGPT is gaining new capabilities as OpenAI expands its ecosystem with 14 third-party apps. The latest ChatGPT Integration allows users to book rides, order food, create playlists, design graphics, and plan travel without leaving the chat interface. The feature builds on announcements made at OpenAI DevDay 2025, where early partnerships signaled the company’s vision of turning Artificial Intelligence into a practical everyday assistant.
The ChatGPT Integration works through simple prompts. Users can start a request by naming an app. The user needs to send a command that includes “Spotify, create a dinner playlist” or “Uber, find a ride home” to start the connection process.
Once accounts are linked, ChatGPT can display interactive tools directly inside the conversation. The chat window shows maps, playlists, booking options, and shopping carts, which makes the user experience more like a complete digital service than a typical chatbot.
The system also uses conversation context to personalize responses. The system uses music account links to provide users with access to both their playlists and listening history, which allows ChatGPT to recommend songs that match their specific user preferences.
The current partner lineup highlights the breadth of services being added to the Artificial Intelligence platform. Integrations include DoorDash for food delivery, Canva for graphic design, Expedia for travel planning, and learning platforms such as Coursera. Other supported apps include Figma, Quizlet, Target, Wix, Angi, and Zillow. Upcoming additions reportedly include PayPal, Walmart, and OpenTable.
Currently, the integrations are available only to logged-in ChatGPT users in the United States and Canada.

The newly added features showcase OpenAI's complete plan to transform ChatGPT into an all-encompassing Artificial Intelligence assistant. The platform unifies all its services into a single dialogue to help users complete tasks that normally require them to use different applications. The integration system will create a new method for users to access digital services because ChatGPT already has hundreds of millions of active users who use the platform every week.
