Bengaluru-based AI infrastructure startup Simplismart has raised USD 14 million (around Rs. 117 crore) in a Series B funding round. Dallas Venture Capital led the round, with participation from NVIDIA, Accel, Shastra VC, Micromax, and angel investors. The investment values the four-year-old startup at approximately USD 100 million post-money.
Simplismart plans to use the fresh capital to strengthen its AI inference engine and orchestration platform, expand its cloud provider partnerships, and support growth across North America and other global markets.
Founded in 2022 by Amritanshu Jain, a former Oracle employee, and Devansh Ghatak, a former Google employee, the startup develops software that helps businesses deploy and operate AI models more efficiently.
Its technology sits between AI models and the graphics processing units (GPUs) used to run them. The platform lets enterprises configure workloads for their speed, cost, and performance needs while managing deployment and scaling across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

NVIDIA's involvement extends beyond its investment. Simplismart has worked with NVIDIA's solutions architects on technical integrations, including those involving NVIDIA's Dynamo inference software. The chipmaker has also introduced the startup to potential customers and partners.
Simplismart said its technology helped AI video platform InVideo reduce GPU serving costs by 56%. It also outperformed enterprise AI company Ema’s efficiency targets, delivering a production setup with 180ms latency at just USD 0.07 per million tokens. Simplismart helped Ema beat the original goals of 200ms and USD 0.09 per million tokens.
The startup also works with Indian cloud provider Yotta, powering the serverless inference layer of its Shakti Studio platform. Its software lets cloud providers offer managed AI services on their existing GPU infrastructure.
Simplismart operates in a competitive market that includes NVIDIA, Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure. It helps enterprises balance inference speed, performance, and operating costs.
Before this round, the company raised a USD 7 million Series A in October 2024, led by Accel, following earlier funding of less than USD 1 million. With the latest investment, its total funding has reached approximately USD 21 million.
