Nintendo is said to be preparing to roll out the highly awaited Nintendo Switch 2 next June 2025. From a video leaked on YouTube, Nintendo is said to release the new console officially sometime in late June, suggesting a mid-2025 rollout.
The following video was posted by a YouTube creator, stating that the company will officially launch the Switch 2 console at the end of 2025:
Ahead of the console's speculated June launch, Nintendo will have a Switch 2-themed Nintendo Direct on April 2 at 9 AM EST (6:30 PM IST). The company may share the technical specs of the new console at the event. However, the Nintendo Switch 2 price and a confirmed release date may not be announced then.
A former sales lead for the company, also forecasted that Switch 2 would be launched sometime in mid-June, which is when schools close.
Launch titles for the new Nintendo Switch 2 have been rumored to come with a spectacular lineup of first-party and third-party games. According to reports, some of the below titles can be expected:
