Neat has partnered with Zoho to bring the Zoho Cliq unified communications platform to Neat Open, giving businesses a dedicated meeting room experience on Neat devices. Under the partnership, Neat becomes the first hardware company to support Zoho Cliq on purpose-built video meeting systems.
The companies said the integration will allow organizations that already use Zoho products to hold meetings directly from Neat devices. Zoho Cliq will join the Neat Open Apps ecosystem and will work across Neat’s Generation 2 device portfolio.
Neat Open allows businesses to use different collaboration tools and applications on Neat hardware. The platform supports bring-your-own-device workflows, business apps, AI Notes, wireless content sharing, and other meeting functions. Companies can manage supported devices and applications through Neat Pulse.
The addition of Zoho Cliq expands the number of collaboration platforms available to Neat customers. It also gives Zoho users access to meeting room hardware designed for video calls and workplace communication. The companies said the partnership will focus on businesses in India as well as customers across more than 150 markets where Zoho operates.
Sandeep Mehra, Senior Vice President and General Manager of International at Neat, said businesses should have more control over the tools they use in conference rooms.
“Conference rooms should suit the way our customers work,” Mehra said. He added that adding Zoho Cliq to Neat Open gives customers another option for managing meetings across workplace spaces.
Zoho Cliq on Neat devices will provide several functions for office meeting rooms. Users will be able to start meetings directly from a room device with one tap. Employees can also schedule a meeting and reserve the physical conference room at the same time.
The integration includes in-room reactions, gestures, and participant spotlighting. Meeting hosts can also control attendee access through a waiting room. Neat said IT teams will be able to deploy, monitor and manage Zoho Cliq rooms through Neat Pulse alongside other Neat devices.
Zoho Cliq forms part of Zoho’s portfolio of more than 60 business products. The platform combines workplace messaging, channels, audio and video meetings, task tools, chatbots and integrations with Zoho and third-party applications.
Jeri John, Program Director for Unified Communications at Zoho, said the partnership extends Zoho Cliq’s meeting experience to dedicated video devices.
“Our partnership with Neat takes our Android TV experience further, bringing Zoho Cliq to purpose-built video devices,” John said.
He also said Zoho customers will continue to have a choice of hardware while meetings and workplace messages remain covered by Zoho’s privacy and data management standards.
Neat plans to demonstrate the Zoho Cliq integration during InfoComm India 2026, which will take place from September 16 to September 18 at the Jio World Convention Centre in Mumbai. The company will showcase the integration at booth E10.
The demonstration will show how Zoho Cliq operates on Neat hardware in a dedicated conference room setup. Visitors will be able to see features such as meeting launch, scheduling, participant controls, and room management.
Neat develops video meeting devices for workplace collaboration and supports platforms including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom. It also offers flexible BYOD options for companies using different communication systems.
The Zoho Cliq partnership adds another platform to Neat Open as both companies expand their workplace collaboration products. The integration will be available across Neat’s Generation 2 portfolio and managed through the Neat Pulse platform.
