Honor is all set to launch the Honor X9c in the Indian market. The company has been teasing on social media for some time and a dedicated microsite is already up on Amazon India, which indeed confirms it is coming to India. Industry insiders say the company might bring this one home on February 15, 2025, while the launch date is still awaited.
Honor X9c flaunts a 6.78-inch AMOLED, with a 120Hz refresh rate, for silky-smooth visuals. Under the hood is the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage.
It has dual rear cameras: 108MP primary camera with Optical Image Stabilization (OIS) and a 5MP ultra-wide lens. It has a 16MP front camera for clicking selfies.
The battery on board is quite large 6,600mAh and supports 66W fast charging.
In terms of design, the Honor X9c comes with a slim profile that has a round camera module on the back that carries dual cameras and LED flash. It looks similar to the global model launched in Malaysia in November 2024.
The Amazon teaser highlights a large battery, advanced camera stabilization with OIS and EIS, and an eye comfort display designed with risk-free dimming technology.
The official price for the Indian market is still not revealed, but the Honor X9c was launched in Malaysia at MYR 1,499, which is roughly ₹28,700. Considering this, the Indian pricing will be in the same range.
The Honor X9c will be available in multiple color options to give it a good look. These colors are Titanium Purple, Titanium Black, and Jade Cyan. With such impressive specifications and designs, the Honor X9c is going to make a huge impact on the mid-range smartphone segment in India.
