BitGo Holdings has launched BitGo Link, a centralized control layer for institutions managing digital assets across several trading venues. The service connects exchange accounts directly to BitGo’s platform, giving trading and treasury teams one place to view, transfer, and govern capital.
Link builds on the company’s Go Network, which supports settlement and access to liquidity within qualified custody. BitGo says the new service extends that structure to assets held on connected exchanges. Clients can now monitor capital inside and outside BitGo while managing transfers through one interface.
BitGo Link gives institutional clients real-time visibility into their buying power across BitGo accounts and external accounts. The dashboard also covers individual subaccounts at connected exchanges. This setup allows teams to see exactly where funds sit without checking each venue separately.
Meanwhile, the platform supports one-click transfers between connected accounts. Clients can use the feature to rebalance capital, meet margin demands, handle liquidity needs, or respond to trading activity. BitGo also reconciles each transfer with exchange records and displays its status from the initial request through final settlement.
The company describes Link as part of a broader money movement network. Go Network handles transactions and liquidity connections within qualified custody. Link adds control over funds held at external venues, giving clients a wider operational view from the same platform.
BitGo routes every Link transfer through the company’s Policy Engine. The system applies approval rules that already protect institutional BitGo wallets. As a result, organizations can use established controls when moving assets between BitGo and supported exchange accounts.
Additionally, administrative roles and permissions extend across each connected account. A central administrator can grant access and manage user rights without repeating the full setup at every exchange. This approach places governance for several venues within a single control structure.
BitGo CEO and co-founder Mike Belshe described the service as a central operating point for institutional users. “Link makes BitGo the command center for institutional treasury and trading,” Belshe said. “One network, no borders: governance travels with the capital, wherever it moves.”
The controls cover the full movement process, not only assets that BitGo stores in custody. Transaction tracking also gives treasury teams a record of each transfer. This information can support internal oversight and account reconciliation across all participating venues.
BitGo places Link alongside its custody, settlement, trading, financing, and collateral services. Its qualified custody offering stores client assets, while Go Network supports secure movement and settlement. BitGo Prime provides access to global liquidity, financing, trading, and collateral management through the wider platform.
Moreover, the company says these services give clients one route to manage assets they hold and deploy. Link connects external exchange accounts to that setup, allowing treasury and trading teams to move funds without leaving the BitGo platform. The service also retains centralized approval and access rules during transfers.
BitGo expects to connect Link with more exchanges over time. It also plans to add further treasury workflows as the network develops. The company did not identify the next exchanges, provide an expansion schedule, or disclose pricing details in its announcement.
Link is available as the newest part of BitGo’s institutional connectivity services. Its functions center on account visibility, automated transfers, reconciliation, policy-based approvals, and unified administration for institutional asset management teams. The launch follows BitGo Holdings’ listing under the NYSE ticker BTGO.
