Comviva has appointed Jeet Singh as its Global Head of Strategy, Transformation and Alliances, giving him responsibility for growth plans and partnerships. The company announced the appointment on September 24, 2026. Singh joins from Tech Mahindra, where he most recently led its global artificial intelligence business.
Singh will help set Comviva’s strategy as it seeks to expand in developed markets and enter new industries. He will also look for growth opportunities and guide work to change the company’s product portfolio. Comviva has identified AI as one area of investment.
His role also covers global alliances. Singh will work on partnerships that could help Comviva reach new customers and markets. The company has not named specific partners, target industries or countries tied to his appointment.
Comviva provides software for customer experience management, data monetisation and digital financial services. It serves communications providers and other enterprises. The company says more than 200 customers use its services and that its solutions operate in over 100 countries. Those figures describe its existing reach; Comviva has not set a public expansion target for Singh’s role.
Singh’s most recent job at Tech Mahindra put him in charge of its global AI business. Comviva said his experience also covers sales, product development, market strategy, partnerships and organisational change. Tech Mahindra owns Comviva, making Singh’s move a transfer within the wider group.
Comviva CEO Rajesh Chandiramani said he had worked closely with Singh before. Chandiramani pointed to Singh’s experience in building businesses and applying new technology to enterprise needs. He said that experience would support the company’s “Comviva 2.0” plans and its work on AI within its products.
The CEO’s comments set out what Comviva expects from the appointment. The company did not disclose financial targets, a timetable for entering new markets or changes to Singh’s reporting structure. It also did not say whether the new role would alter existing partnerships.
Comviva has linked Singh’s appointment to its spending on AI, changes to its product portfolio and efforts to grow outside its current markets. His remit brings those areas together with partnership development. The company has announced the priorities but has not detailed new products or agreements under his leadership.
Singh said Comviva plans to expand in developed markets, move into new industry segments and build its AI capabilities. He also said he would work with the leadership team, customers and partners on the company’s strategy. These are stated plans, and Comviva has not said when it expects to complete them.
The appointment adds a central strategy and alliances role as Comviva pursues growth in several business areas. Singh will take on that work with experience from Tech Mahindra’s AI division and a mandate to develop partnerships. For now, Comviva has described the scope of his responsibilities without announcing a specific market launch, partnership or revenue goal.
