Apple has announced a big update to Apple Creator Studio. It brings new AI features to the company's video, music, image, and office apps. Apple shared the news on October 27, 2026. The update arrives in November and is free for current subscribers.
New subscribers pay USD 12.99 a month or USD 129 a year. The update covers Final Cut Pro, Logic Pro, Pixelmator Pro, Keynote, Pages, and Numbers.
Pixelmator Pro gets a tool called Generate Fill. Users pick part of a photo and type what they want changed. The tool adds new content that fits the light, angle, and texture around it.
Logic Pro gets an assistant, still in beta. It helps users set up audio tracks and build songs with prompts. Stem Splitter can now pull out drum parts, swap them, or change them without the original multitrack files. Apple has also redesigned the sound browser, so finding instruments, loops, and effects is easier.
Keynote, Pages, and Numbers get assistants that understand the document. They can build slides, write and edit text, sort data, and make formulas. On Mac, these apps will also work with outside AI agents through a standard called MCP.

Final Cut Pro for Mac will add MotionVFX. That gives editors thousands of effects, transitions, templates, titles, and motion graphics. It also offers color grading and object tracking, so editors need fewer extra plugins.
Apple is growing its Content Hub too, with stock videos, photos, and backgrounds inside the app. Editors can open images from their timeline in Pixelmator Pro and save changes straight to the project.
The AI assistants start in beta and work in U.S. English only. Most of these features require iOS 27, iPadOS 27, or macOS 27. MCP support is limited to Mac. Even so, Apple is putting AI into every part of its creative suite, from video editing to music to documents.
