Partner with engineering, product, and data science teams to translate requirements into scalable AI/ML solutions.
Build, deploy, and scale AI/ML and Generative AI services from experimentation through full production.
Design and operate high-performance AI systems optimized for latency, throughput, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Drive adoption of agentic AI architectures, LLM-powered features, and modern ML platform capabilities.
Identify innovation opportunities by exploring emerging AI/ML approaches and converting them into technical proposals.
Stay current with advancements in AI/ML and apply relevant innovations to active initiatives.
Influence system architecture and guide engineering best practices for ML platforms and cloud-native AI systems.
Strong backend development skills which should be demonstrated through their Python programming abilities or through their Java programming abilities.
Develop services that operate through API and event-driven methods which handle AI inference processes and agent orchestration and data pipelines.
Experience in working with Generative AI technology and Large Language Models.
Knowledge of agent-based AI systems which use LangGraph orchestration frameworks for their operations.
Extensive knowledge of Kubernetes and container technology which includes experience using these tools for machine learning training and inference testing on both CPU and GPU platforms.
Expertise in DevOps/MLOps systems together with CI/CD pipeline development for model training and evaluation and promotion processes.
Experience in using Git and Jenkins and ArgoCD together with other CI/CD tools.
Possesses practical experience working with cloud platforms which include AWS and GCP and Azure.
Expertise in designing and managing AI and machine learning systems which achieve high-performance standards.
Demonstrate proven technical leadership abilities which include architectural design and engineer mentoring skills.
Employ systems-thinking abilities to achieve a balance between model quality, system scalability, system reliability, system latency and system operational costs.
Capacity to implement AI and machine learning methods in operational production environments.
Maintain a strong dedication to staying updated on current developments in artificial intelligence and machine learning and Generative AI technologies.
