Incubate new AI/ML use cases through rapid experimentation, prototyping, and iterative solution development for fast, actionable results.
Develop proofs of concept and AI solutions using Python, Power BI, LLMs, multi-agent frameworks, and automation tools.
Create UX prototypes, manage Git repositories, and deploy solutions on cloud or on-premises virtual machines.
Perform data analysis on structured and unstructured datasets, applying predictive modeling and statistical techniques for generating insights.
Design, optimize, and maintain AI/ML frameworks, supporting deep learning, enhancing existing solutions, and improving performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to frame use cases, drive adoption, monitor data pipelines, and ensure compliance with security and Responsible AI policies.
Technical Expertise
Advanced Python, AI/ML, and GenAI development.
Experience in prompt engineering, agent frameworks, Langchain, Dify.
Strong knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Teams/SharePoint integration.
Experience in ETL and DBaaS.
Cloud and on-premises VM orchestration
DevOps skills including Git management and monitoring
Rapid prototyping & experimentation
Strong storytelling and technical communication
Attention to detail and adaptability
Strong execution discipline
Master’s in Computer Science (minimum requirement)
6+ years in AI/ML and data science roles
Proven experience in prototyping and deploying AI/ML solutions
Strong command of English (verbal & written)
