Design and build scalable AI/ML applications for partner incentive solutions.
Develop and optimize predictive models using advanced machine learning techniques.
Translate business needs into data-driven analytical and engineering solutions.
Integrate and fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for enterprise use cases.
Manage MLOps pipelines, ensure data quality, and collaborate across teams.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Experience with more than one year in AI/ML developing while also performing full-stack engineering duties.
Exceptional skills in Python programming together with expertise in data science libraries.
Practical experience in working with traditional machine learning algorithms and contemporary large language models.
Experience in constructing and operating MLOps pipelines.
Knowledge about creating and implementing natural language processing models.
Effective communication abilities while working together with different teams, which require him to connect with people from various departments.
Experience in developing machine learning models through their work on LLM-based solutions which include RAG and fine-tuning.
Have knowledge about unit testing and integration testing.
Hands-on experience with ElasticSearch, Kafka, FastAPI and ReactJS.
Worked with both Oracle and Snowflake database systems.
Ability to develop technical solutions which can solve business challenges through their understanding of business requirements.
