Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team centered on LLM-driven and agentic AI solutions, respectively.
Lead the complete technical strategy across the ML model lifecycle which includes development, optimization, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
Work together with the research and product teams to convert the advanced AI capabilities into production-quality enterprise systems.
Set the engineering standards, impact architectural decisions, and assure the platform's reliability, efficiency, and security.
Be the first to advocate for the application of best practices in experimentation, MLOps, responsible AI, governance, and performance optimization.
Educate teams through the process of resolving difficult and unclear issues with a strong technicality and innovative thinking.
Collaborate with different functional teams and get AI systems that can significantly impact the business operated on a large scale.
Machine Learning & AI: LLMs, deep learning, statistical modeling
Programming: Python
Frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn
Systems: Distributed systems, model serving, GPU compute, MLOps workflows
Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years in machine learning, AI engineering, or related fields
(or) Master’s degree with 8+ years relevant experience
Proven experience leading engineering teams and shipping production-scale ML/AI solutions
Strong portfolio of large-scale machine learning projects
Expertise in ML algorithms, deep learning, and LLM architectures
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Computational Linguistics, or related fields
Experience building distributed systems, MLOps pipelines, and high-performance AI platforms
Strong collaboration, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills
Proven ability to partner with research, product, and engineering teams to launch real-world AI applications
