Shape Dell’s Data Protection security strategy and drive innovation across the portfolio.
Identify differentiated security features through market and competitive analysis.
Lead cross-functional product execution with engineering, sales, channel partners, and customers.
Participate in architectural and functional design discussions to evaluate trade-offs and assess security risks.
Act as the Data Protection Security subject matter expert for field teams and customers.
Coordinate urgent security incident responses by collaborating with Engineering, Legal, Support, Communications, and incident response teams.
13+ years of Product Management experience, or equivalent experience in engineering, support, or technical sales within enterprise data protection and/or security.
End-to-end technical expertise in security and data protection, including encryption, identity and access management (LDAP/AD, SSO, SAML, OIDC, OAuth 2.0, MFA), PKI, and security best practices for cloud environments.
Strong ability to create and maintain a prioritized product roadmap and communicate it to stakeholders.
Excellent analytical and communication skills with strong stakeholder management.
Knowledge of contemporary security systems which include SIEM and SOAR and XDR and MDR together with their corresponding regulatory requirements which include CRA and DORA and NIS2 and SOC 2 and APL and FIPS standards.
Expertise in AI technology which affects security operations through its use in detecting unusual activities and developing future threat intelligence.
Provide evidence of their ability to implement go-to-market strategies through their work on product positioning and pricing and messaging and launch planning and sales enablement activities.
