Deliver Support Mission Critical service offerings for enterprise Azure and hybrid infrastructure workloads.
Lead proactive resiliency efforts focused on reliability, security, manageability, supportability, and observability.
Coordinate onboarding activities, including the delivery of Consolidated Assessment Week.
Develop and execute Workload-Specific Service Improvement Plans and Customer Success Plans.
Partner with Microsoft Support to drive accelerated incident resolution, ensuring RCA insights feed back into resiliency improvements.
Collaborate with CxP teams to onboard and enhance monitoring and observability capabilities.
Build strong cross-team leadership with CSAMs, CSAs, Engineering, CSS, and CxP teams.
Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers running mission-critical Azure and Windows infrastructure.
The applicant must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
Needs experience in cloud and infrastructure technologies, IT consulting, systems administration and enterprise support roles.
General understanding of on-premises Microsoft technologies while possessing deep knowledge of Azure HCI and Hyper-V.
Strong expertise in client/server architecture and networking and internet fundamental concepts.
Demonstrates skills to resolve critical customer issues while performing well under high-stress conditions.
The candidate must demonstrate practical experience using Azure IaaS Extra ID Azure Arc Azure Monitor Azure Update Manager and Windows Server.
Experience with Azure PaaS and DevOps technologies including AKS App Services Service Fabric Key Vault Logic Apps and API Management.
Programming and troubleshooting skills in C# .NET/.NET Core Java Python and related programming languages.
Expertise in hybrid networking environments which includes performance optimization and debugging and tracing analysis.
The individual has the capacity to establish enduring customer relationships based on trust which enables him to achieve organizational goals.
