Act as liaison between client stakeholders and Accenture operations teams for support, escalations, and service delivery management.
Communicate service performance health, risks, and operational trends to stakeholders through regular reporting and meetings.
Ensure cloud orchestration and automation capabilities operate according to target SLAs with minimal downtime.
Lead implementation and delivery of security services projects using global delivery methodologies, tools, and assets.
Develop and implement security governance frameworks and ensure compliance with policies and regulatory standards.
Engage with multiple teams to contribute to key decisions and provide cross-functional technical solutions.
Mentor junior team members and support capability development across the security delivery organization.
Provide solutions to complex problems impacting multiple teams and enterprise environments.
Candidates to have at least 12 years of experience working in Cloud Security Architecture or similar cybersecurity positions.
Advanced skills for Security Delivery Governance together with expertise in cloud security frameworks.
Knowledge about risk management together with compliance frameworks and security control implementation.
Experience running security operations at enterprise scale for cloud environments together with managing service deliveries.
Candidates to complete 15 years of education from accredited institutions.
Develop expertise in Identity Access Management (IAM) Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) and Managed Cloud Security Services.
Exceptional abilities to influence others while providing advisory services and managing stakeholder relationships throughout enterprise settings.
Demonstrates capacity to lead teams while making strategic decisions that will produce results for multiple ongoing projects.
Experience working in international delivery environments that require collaboration across different teams.
