Oversee daily team performance by reviewing transactions and process quality parameters regularly.
Support production specialists with technical guidance and improve overall process efficiency continuously.
Track and document all client queries, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps systematically.
Handle technical escalations through effective diagnosis and resolution within defined SLA timelines.
Conduct training sessions to enhance technical capabilities and bridge skill gaps efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field required for eligibility.
Extensive Azure Data Engineering experience which includes using Databricks and PySpark frameworks.
Demonstrate SQL proficiency which includes data querying and transformation and database management tasks.
Proficiency in troubleshooting data pipelines and solving production technical problems.
Knowledge about enterprise environments that use SLA-based delivery models and client support procedures.
Two years of experience with cloud-based data platforms and distributed data processing frameworks.
Possesses strong analytical skills combined with excellent problem-solving abilities which enable them to tackle complex data engineering challenges.
Demonstrates mentoring skills and training abilities which enable them to instruct team members in technical subjects.
Competency in using performance monitoring dashboards and reporting tools for production system assessment.
Possesses effective communication skills which enable him to interact with clients and work together with different teams.
