Apple’s largest and most expensive Pro iPhone for 2026 is now available in India. The iPhone 18 Pro Max went on sale on September 18, after pre-orders opened earlier this month. The handset is available through Apple’s stores, authorised retailers and major online platforms.
iPhone 18 Pro Max starts at Rs. 1,79,900 for the 256GB model. Customers can also choose from 512GB, 1TB and 2TB storage variants. The 512GB version costs Rs. 2,04,900, while the 1TB model is priced at Rs. 2,54,900. At the top of the range, the 2TB variant costs Rs. 3,29,900. Like the iPhone 18 Pro, the Pro Max comes in Black, Silver, Glacier and Burgundy finishes.
Apple is offering up to Rs. 7,000 cashback on eligible credit cards from American Express, Axis Bank, ICICI Bank and SBI Card. Buyers can also opt for up to six months of No Cost EMI on eligible cards.
Those trading in an older smartphone can use Apple’s Trade In programme. The company is offering exchange credit of up to Rs. 81,500, depending on the device and its condition.
iPhone 18 Pro Max is also available through online retailers and electronics stores. Depending on the platform and location, buyers can find additional bank discounts, exchange benefits or cashback offers.

The Pro Max shares many of the major hardware upgrades found on the iPhone 18 Pro. It is powered by Apple’s A20 Pro chipset and runs iOS 27.
The camera setup includes three 48-megapixel rear sensors, while the front camera gets an 18-megapixel sensor. Apple has also introduced a 48MP Fusion Main camera with variable aperture, which gives users greater control over exposure and depth of field.
For users who prefer manual controls, the Camera app now offers adjustments for aperture, shutter speed and white balance. A histogram is also available for checking exposure while taking photos.
Battery life is another area where the Pro Max stands out. Apple says the eSIM-only version can deliver up to 45 hours of video playback. The phone also supports faster charging, with Apple highlighting improved charging performance compared with earlier models.
Customers can purchase the phone through Apple’s India website and physical Apple Stores, along with authorised retailers and major e-commerce platforms. The models are also being sold through select quick-commerce services in India.
Availability can vary by storage option and colour. Apple’s online store had already shown delivery windows extending into October for some Pro Max configurations shortly after pre-orders opened.
