Squid Game is one of Netflix’s most suspenseful series. Its dark tone, lethal games, and surprise plot twists have turned it into an international phenomenon. While fans eagerly anticipate Season 3, which will be released on June 27, 2025, many are attempting to speculate what might occur next.

Seong Gi-hun began as a compassionate but desperate individual. At the end of Season 2, he had transformed. His fans feel that he would be able to replace the existing Front Man and operate the lethal games himself.
Some speculate he will do it so that he can bring down the system. Others suspect that he might get caught up in the same power that he loathed. In any case, his path could turn sinister.
Player 001, Oh Il-nam, had a unique relationship with Gi-hun. But notice the weird thing, neither of them don’t likes plain milk. That is not the only hint.

Park Gyeong-seok, or Player 246, was also shot in Season 2. However, the audience never got to see where the bullet went. Some hope that he survived, courtesy of Guard No-eul, who appeared to have a stake in him.
In one instance, her actions indicated that she didn’t want him to pass away. New clips indicate that he could reappear, maybe as a disguised guard.
No-eul was not an ordinary guard. She exhibited emotions, particularly when she interacted with Gyeong-seok. Viewers believe she might betray the game in Season 3.
Her background in the military and her moral dilemma might turn her into an integral part of a potential rebellion within the game system.

Trailers also introduced a new doll named Chul-su. There are drawings on the walls of a chessboard. These are indications that there will be a new game.
Players will move like pawns in chess, and each move will cost them their lives. This might be one of the most extreme games to ever appear on the show.
Some viewers think that there is going to be a fight between trained fighters. Two characters, Myung-gi and Hyun-ju, might have to fight one another.
One might be armed, while the other has to fight using bare hands. This would produce a heart-wrenching and strong showdown that provokes more than mere strength.
One of the teaser scenes contains a crying baby. It is widely assumed this baby may not survive, and it is potentially linked to a player called Jun-hee. The Front Man can have an unhappy past where a child was involved.
If he witnesses yet another child suffering, it could compel him to revolt against the game. This theory provides a human touch to otherwise hard-bitten characters.
