Solana meme tokens BONK, PENGU, and WIF have cooled off noticeably in August. Although these tokens were popular in the first half of 2025, the activity has slowed, and investors are waiting to see whether a rebound can occur.
Amid this transition, Remittix (RTX) is becoming a viable utility-based alternative that is gradually rising due to its practical payment use and the fact that it has increased investors.

WIF has shown strength and it is buttressed by an upward sloping trendline around the range of 0.80-0.85. Recent intraday price action saw the price rebound off lows of around the $0.82 to highs of around the $0.92 mark, which is an indication of high liquidity and dip buying.
Analysts have upside targets of around $1.20 and up to $1.345, but it is important that the trendline is maintained.The token’s market cap of roughly $886M and trading volume near $489M suggest continued participation, but August’s slowdown limits parabolic moves.
