Bitcoin Witnessed $75 Million in Inflows Last Week

According to SoSoValue, Bitcoin spot ETFs recorded a net inflow of $75.67 million last week (July 13-17).

BlackRock’s IBIT led with a weekly net inflow of $204 million, bringing its all-time cumulative net inflow to $60.49 billion.

Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ($BTC) saw a weekly net inflow of $69.988 million, while Fidelity’s FBTC recorded a weekly net outflow of $181 million.

The total assets under management (AUM) of Bitcoin spot ETFs stand at $77.74 billion, with historical cumulative net inflows totaling $51.35 billion.

Senator Warren Pushes Trump to Disclose Crypto Profits

Senator Elizabeth Warren requests disclosure of President Trump’s crypto holdings as he earned roughly $1.4 billion in crypto-related income in 2025. That’s more than double the prior year and now accounts for the vast majority of his income.

The report also details significant family involvement, including a 30% ownership stake by “Trump Family Members” in DT Marks Defi LLC, which alone generated over $590 million in 2025 and holds a major interest in World Liberty Financial.

Warren’s letter calls for voluntary updated filings through mid-2026 by late July to inform ongoing Senate discussions on the Clarity Act, which would establish a comprehensive regulatory framework for digital asset markets by clarifying the respective roles of the SEC and CFTC.

Standard Chartered-backed Anchorpoint Set to Launch Stablecoin

According to local media reports citing market sources, Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) and Anchorpoint Financial Technology are expected to announce the rollout of HKDAP, a Hong Kong dollar-pegged stablecoin, within the next two weeks.

The report said the launch will come through Anchorpoint, one of the first two companies to receive a stablecoin issuer license from the Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) in April.

If confirmed, the announcement would move the project from regulatory approval into public issuance after months of technical preparation under Hong Kong’s stablecoin framework.

Hyperliquid Plans Permissionless HIP-4 Prediction Market Deployment

Hyperliquid has announced plans to introduce permissionless deployment for HIP-4 prediction markets, with the feature set to roll out on testnet before a mainnet release.

Hyperliquid said in a Sunday Telegram announcement that the upgrade is intended to support the expansion of outcome markets, where the number of possible tradable events is too large for validators alone to manage.

Under the proposed system, validators will vote on standardized outcome templates that define how markets should be structured.

Those templates will be stored and enforced onchain, allowing anyone to deploy new markets using approved formats instead of requiring validator approval for every listing.

Allbridge Core on Solana Suffers Attack

Allbridge Core on Solana was attacked, resulting in losses of more than $1.1 million. According to Foresight News, Onchain Lens monitored the incident and said the attacker borrowed 1.12 million USDC through a Kamino flash loan.

The attacker then used rapid USDC/USDT swaps to affect the Allbridge stablecoin pool ratio, extract liquidity at a manipulated exchange rate, and repay the flash loan in the same transaction, gaining about $1.1 million.
