Bharti Airtel made a partnership with Google Cloud to provide cloud solutions. As part of this significant move, Bharti Airtel strengthens cloud adoption with Google Cloud to provide a portfolio of innovative cloud solutions to accelerate cloud adoption.

This strategic partnership will provide its customers including large enterprises and one million businesses access to Google Cloud’s cutting-edge cloud solutions.

Bharti Airtel partners with Google Cloud to bring together the company’s strengths in connectivity and Google Cloud’s AI technology to work on creating the industry’s leading AI/ML solutions.

Bharti Airtel strengthens cloud adoption to create more value for Airtel’s customers and will include geospatial analytics solutions with powerful location intelligence capabilities for trend-tracking, predictive analytics, market intelligence, site choice, risk management, asset tracking, voice analytics solutions for high-quality conversational apps trained across languages, and marketing technology solutions for consumer behavior forecasting, audience segmentation, and content creation with highly-accurate contextual ads at lower cost.

As per IDC, as stated by the company in an exchange filing, The goal of the collaboration as Bharti Airtel strengthens Cloud adoption to capitalize on the ever-expanding public cloud services market in the country, which is expected to grow to USD 17.8 billion in 2027.

These cloud solutions will be fed with a large data set of Airtel to deliver value to the customers. “We are happy to partner with Google Cloud and jointly address this market opportunity with secure and scalable Cloud solutions for government, enterprises, and emerging businesses," Gopal Vittal, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Bharti Airtel stated.

Notably, Airtel also offers a comprehensive IoT solution for the utility industry that brings connectivity, Google Cloud, and application software together in one solution, making deployment easy, stress-free, and fast.

Speaking at the partnership event, Gopal Vittal, managing director & CEO of Bharti Airtel, said, “As India accelerates its digital transformation, cutting-edge cloud and AI solutions will be at the heart and center of this change.  Airtel will use the GenAI features of Google Cloud to enhance the user experience in mobile, digital TV, and broadband to automate internal processes and functions. Bharti Airtel strengthens Cloud adoption as the features will be expanded for its B2B customers across the world.

To support its cloud solutions business Airtel has set up a managed services center in Pune, which houses more than 300 professionals who are trained in the Google Cloud services and create innovative technology solutions.
