As part of a 45-day promotional period from February 19, Tata Motors is offering a range of attractive benefits to both new and existing customers purchasing the Tata Nexon EV. For new buyers, the benefits include an exchange bonus of up to Rs 50,000, zero down payment options, and 100% on-road finance for easier access to the vehicle. Additionally, buyers will receive a free 7.2 kW AC charger with home installation and free charging for six months at Tata Power charging stations for models purchased between February 1, 2025, and March 31, 2025.
Updated versions of Tata Nexon EV are available through different battery pack options including 30 kWh and 45 kWh models. After the 40.5 kWh version ceased production, customers can choose between various options, with starting prices beginning at Rs 12.49 lakh for the base model. The 45 kWh battery model delivers 489 km (MIDC cycle) which makes it suitable for long-distance travel.
Tata Motors rewards its existing EV owners with extra benefits through a loyalty bonus program. Tata Motors provides a Rs 50,000 loyalty bonus to its existing EV owners who acquire either a Nexon EV or Curvv EV. Tata Motors gives loyal customers who already own Tata vehicles with petrol, diesel, or CNG engines access to a Rs 20,000 bonus when they purchase a Nexon EV or Curvv EV. The loyalty bonus program with Tata Motors extends the entire package of new buyer advantages to create approximately Rs 1 lakh worth of offers for certain customers.
The loyalty bonus encourages customers to move from conventional automobiles to electric models. The strategy serves as part of Tata's initiative to encourage EV lineup growth while promoting electric vehicles throughout the Indian market. Chosen Tata showrooms present rebates for existing vehicles where the Tata Tiago EV gets a maximum discount of Rs 85,000 while the Tata Punch EV and Curvv EV receive maximum discounts of Rs 70,000 starting in 2024.
Tata Motors reorganized its Nexon EV lineup by eliminating specific versions to bring customers a better selection of options. Customers can now choose from ten different Nexon EV versions that provide battery solutions for various usage needs. Users who choose the 30 kWh version of this model can travel 275 kilometres before recharging but those who opt for the 45 kWh version gain up to 489 kilometres per charge.
The Nexon EV draws power from an electric motor that puts out 128 bhp in the 30 kWh variant and 142 bhp in the 45 kWh variant, enough for urban and highway cruises. Tata Motors specifically specifies this update as a sign of its endeavors to strengthen the performance and range of electric vehicles in combination with customers' demand for more efficient and long-range EVs.
