Anil Sinha

Anil Sinha is the Chief Technology Officer at Fibe (formerly know as EarlySalary), India’s largest consumer lending application for salaried individuals. He is responsible for the technology aspects at Fibe. He has worked on various techno-functional leadership roles and delivered complex products in the space of distributed data processing, especially related to trade processing and risk analytics. He has worked on projects to increase the operational efficiency of the bank by automation, cloud, etc. He is also the author of ‘Building Blocks of Blockchain’, an acclaimed non-fictional book which explains the core concepts of Blockchain, Bitcoin and Ethereum. Prior to joining Fibe, Sinha was vice president at Deutsche Bank. He has also worked with Barclays Investment Bank, RBS Global Banking & Markets, Nagarro and Interra Information Technologies. Anil earned his B. Tech degree in electrical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Owing to his extensive hands-on experience in the technology domain, Anil has participated in industry forums as a guest speaker to share his perspective about the industry trends. Anil loves to practice his meditation regularly. During leisure time, he prefers to travel and spend time with his family and friends.
