Vivo has confirmed the launch of the X300 series in India on December 2. The lineup includes the Vivo X300 and Vivo X300 Pro. The brand has already introduced the phones in global markets.

Leaked Prices Put Vivo X300 Against OnePlus 15

Leaked price details for the standard Vivo X300 are circulating online. A tipster has listed the variant with 12 GB RAM and 256 GB storage at Rs. 74,999. The model with 16 GB RAM and 512 GB ROM has an MRP of approximately Rs. 89,999. These figures put the Vivo X300 directly against the OnePlus 15 in price and features.

Photography remains a key differentiator. Vivo plans to sell a Zeiss-branded Telephoto Extender Kit separately. The kit carries a tipped price of Rs. 20,999 in India. The accessory uses Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter lenses. The kit adds instant lens detection via NFC and triggers a Teleconverter Mode in the camera app. This accessory aims at serious mobile photographers.

Flagship Hardware With Imaging-Focused Features

Hardware and software details point to flagship performance. Both models run on the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 3 nm chipset. Imaging receives a boost with the VS1 Pro and V3 Plus imaging chips. The phones ship with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. These choices highlight Vivo’s focus on camera and sustained performance.

An India-only colour may arrive with the X300. Tipsters have named the shade Summit Red. Global colour options include Mist Blue and Phantom Black. The X300 Pro may appear in Dune Brown and Phantom Black.

Smartphone specifications like camera power and battery life are crucial for buyers. Reports suggest a 200MP main sensor and high-capacity batteries for both models. The X300 features a compact 6.31-inch LTPO OLED screen. The X300 Pro offers a larger 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED panel. Fast charging and larger batteries complete the package.

Market impact looks clear. Vivo is targeting the premium segment with these prices and camera add-ons. Competing brands face direct pressure in the flagship tier. Early discounts or bundled deals could influence first-week sales. Final prices and offers will appear at the official India launch on December 2.
