Oakley and Meta have launched the Oakley Meta Vanguard AI glasses in India, a new pair of smart eyewear designed for athletes. These glasses combine sports design with artificial intelligence and aim to make training and outdoor activities smarter and easier.
The Oakley Meta Vanguard AI glasses are priced at Rs. 52,300 in India. Buyers can find them at leading optical stores, Sunglass Hut, and LensCrafters. The glasses feature 4 frame and lens color choices. Each option uses Oakley’s PRIZM lens technology, which improves clarity and contrast during outdoor activities.
The design focuses on comfort and performance. Oakley built these glasses for runners, cyclists, and fitness lovers. The frame fits well with helmets and caps. Three replaceable nose pads help users get the right fit for long hours. The glasses also carry an IP67 rating, protecting them from dust, sweat, and water splashes.
One of the main highlights is the built-in 12-megapixel camera. The camera offers a wide 122-degree view and records videos in up to 3K quality. It supports slow motion, hyperlapse, and stabilization. Athletes can record workouts and outdoor moments without needing a phone.
