Reliance AGM has become a huge global event by putting artificial intelligence at the centre of its plans. Google CEO Sundar Pichai and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg joined the meeting to announce new partnerships with Reliance, showing how India will play a leading role in the coming AI era.

Reliance Intelligence and AI Data Centres

Mukesh Ambani introduced Reliance Intelligence, a new company fully owned by Reliance. It will build powerful AI data centres in Jamnagar. These centres will run on clean energy and give Indian businesses the computing power needed to grow with AI.

Mark Zuckerberg shared his vision of giving “personal superintelligence to everyone.” He said that AI will soon be able to improve itself, creating systems beyond what people can imagine today. Meta will work with Reliance to deliver its open-source Llama AI models to Indian companies. This means small shops and large firms alike will get access to advanced AI tools.

Zuckerberg explained that open-source models are flexible and can run in different ways. With Reliance’s scale, these models can reach businesses in cities and villages across the country. The goal is to boost creativity, improve productivity, and give more power to individuals and organisations.

Google Cloud and AI for Every Business

Sundar Pichai also highlighted India’s special place in Google’s journey at Reliang AGM. He announced a new Google Cloud region in Jamnagar, built especially for Reliance. This cloud region will use Reliance’s renewable energy and Jio’s strong network to make AI available across industries like telecom, retail, energy, and finance.

Pichai said the aim is to help every kind of business, from large corporations to local kirana stores, adopt AI. He stressed that AI will transform how organisations operate and innovate.

Together, Reliance, Google, and Meta have pledged an investment of Rs. 855 crore for the AI venture. Reliance will hold 70 percent, while Meta will hold 30 percent. This money will go into building infrastructure and delivering AI services for sectors such as healthcare, education, agriculture, and manufacturing.

Ambani compared this moment to the launch of Jio years ago, which changed digital access in India. Now, with Reliance Intelligence and the backing of global partners, he promised to deliver AI everywhere in India.

This partnership marks a new step for India’s tech future. By joining clean energy, strong networks, and open-source models, Reliance, Google, and Meta are setting the stage for an AI and superintelligence revolution that could change how the country works, learns, and grows.
