According to SoSoValue, the total net inflow of spot Bitcoin ETFs reached $517 million yesterday.
The spot Bitcoin ETF with the highest single-day net inflow was BlackRock's ETF IBIT, which saw a single-day net inflow of $285 million, bringing IBIT's cumulative historical net inflow to $61.68 billion.
The second was Ark Invest and 21Shares' ETF ARKB, with a single-day net inflow of $77.70 million, and ARKB's cumulative historical net inflow now stands at $1.38 billion.
The total net asset value of spot Bitcoin ETFs reached $84.31 billion, with the ETF net asset ratio reaching 6.08%, and the cumulative historical net inflow has reached $52.79 billion.
Crypto derivatives positions worth $2.99 billion were liquidated in 24 hours, affecting 170,001 traders. The imbalance shows how the advance turned into a short-covering event.
BTC and ETH futures accounted for $2.55 billion of the reported liquidations combined, while the largest single order was a $48.80 million BTC-USD liquidation on Hyperliquid.
Shorts made up around 91.6% of reported liquidations, leaving long liquidations at less than one-tenth of the total.
According to Coinglass, Bitcoin accounted for $1.42 billion in liquidations and Ethereum for $1.13 billion. Together, the two assets made up roughly 85% of the reported total, concentrating the liquidations in the largest crypto futures markets. Solana followed at $104.96 million.
XRP climbed nearly 10% to around $1.09, breaking above the $1.08 level after spending several days near $1.
The next level to watch is around $1.14, with a sustained move above it potentially opening the way toward $1.20. If the rally loses momentum, $1.08 could become an important support level.
Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse joined President Donald Trump, SEC Chair Paul Atkins, CFTC Chair Michael Selig, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong and other crypto industry leaders at the White House, where the focus was on clearer crypto rules, US innovation and the next steps for the CLARITY Act.
Garlinghouse praised Trump’s focus on digital-asset innovation, saying the administration’s commitment could create a brighter future for the industry.

Ethereum rallied 17.7% over the past 24 hours to $2,249.80, with more than $1 billion in ETH short positions liquidated amid falling US Treasury yields.
CoinGecko data showed ETH climbing from below $1,950 on Aug. 19 to an intraday peak near $2,300 before settling close to $2,250 on Aug. 20, leaving the token up 19.3% over the past seven days.
The rally followed a US Treasury announcement on Aug. 19 that it would at least double the size of liquidity-support buybacks for longer-dated government debt.
The maximum purchase size for 10-to-20-year and 20-to-30-year nominal coupon securities will increase to $2 billion.
XRP spot ETFs recorded a total net inflow of $2.35 million on August 19. According to SoSovalue, Bitwise XRP ETF led the group with $1.19 million in net inflows, bringing its cumulative net inflow to $516 million.
Franklin XRP ETF followed with $1.16 million in net inflows and a cumulative net inflow of $429 million. As of press time, XRP spot ETFs held net assets of $1.01 billion, with an XRP net asset ratio of 1.46% and cumulative historical net inflows of $1.52 billion.
