Apple has officially announced its next big launch event, called ‘Awe-dropping’, while also confirming the launch of iPhone 17. The latest report from Times of India gives Apple fans every reason to celebrate. The tech giant has followed a tradition of unveiling iPhones every September since iPhone 5, and this year will be no different.
iPhone 17 Launch will be one of the most anticipated tech events of the year. According to the event, it is scheduled for September 9, 2025, at 10:00 AM PT (10:30 PM IST). The lineup is likely to include multiple models: iPhone 17, iPhone 17 Air, iPhone 17 Pro, and iPhone 17 Pro Max.
Among the new phones, the spotlight could be on iPhone 17 Air, rumored to be the thinnest iPhone ever, measuring under 6mm. This would surpass the iPhone 6, which has long held the record for slimmest design in Apple’s lineup.
iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max are expected to receive a redesign. Reports suggest that the camera module may span the entire back, resulting in a significantly larger setup compared to previous models. This would be one of the most dramatic design shifts for iPhones in recent years.
Leaks also suggest that Apple may be switching back to aluminum frames for some models instead of titanium. Additionally, a revamped telephoto camera system is anticipated, potentially bringing Apple closer to rival Android flagships in photography performance.
