The long-term transformation of Lookout into an enterprise security firm is nearly complete.

It’s announcing today that it will transfer the US$223 million consumer mobile security business to F-Secure in Finland.

Lookout has gradually increased its presence in the business world over the past ten years notching up enterprise partnerships.

By acquiring CipherCloud a couple of years ago, Lookout made the bulk of the necessary progress towards establishing its B2B credentials.

For the consumer market, Lookout continues to provide a variety of security products, such as antivirus software for smartphones.
