Air India Announced it will be Using AI Chatbot ChatGPT
Air India announced it will be using ChatGPT artificial intelligence AI chatbot as part of modernizing the airline's digital systems.
It made an initial investment of US$200 million for this purpose.
The airline embarked on the Vihaan.AI transformation programme and said that significant progress has been made.
Under the programme, Air India’s multiple initiatives have already been completed and various others are in progress.
Four airlines are part of the Tata Group - Air India, Air India Express, AIX Connect, and Vistara.
