They can teach children technological skills. The robot teachers are mainly used as classroom assistants in elementary schools. The robot teachers are better than humans and they will introduce new methods of teaching every now and then.

The AI-enabled Eagle 2.0, humanoid robots —dressed in formal female attire—teach lessons in Biology, Chemistry, Geography, History, and Physics to Classes 7-9. It is capable of taking queries from students, asking them questions, and reacting to the answers she receives. With AI in play, the robots can respond to questions and doubts of our wards after a lesson is taught. Disruptive technologies and Artificial Intelligence (AI) are making their way into classrooms as humanoid robots to teach students and interact with them.

Pros and Cons of Robot Teachers

A study says due to the lack of teachers in some places 9 to 16% of children under age 14 do not go to school. with the help of a robot teacher, which can be deployed anywhere we have a solution for the lack of sufficient teachers. But in India, Many schools don't have enough money to afford robots and to implement AI technology. The robots need electricity, internet, and electricity, the internet costs a lot.

In India mostly at the pre-schooling level, we are using robot teachers, but at that age, only children should know about feelings, emotions, behavior, etc. The robot teachers do not have feelings, They are not able to help you to get over things and help you feel better but the human teachers can and the robot wouldn't know what to do.

The robots will only be used to teach certain skills such as acquiring a foreign or new language. But can not develop creative or innovative ideas for teaching the material in a new way. While technology can be a great tool for promoting interactive learning and providing information beyond the scope of the teacher's knowledge base.
