New Delhi, 7th, September 2026: Stratbeans, an AI-led enterprise learning and workforce intelligence company, launched Vyond Turbo, Vyond’s new agentic AI-powered video creation solution, at the 24th Edition Future of Learning and Development Summit & Awards 2026, where the company participated as a Silver Partner.at Taj MG Road, Bengaluru, the event brought together senior L&D, HR, Talent Management and Organisation Development leaders to discuss the evolving role of AI, future-ready skills, personalised learning and technology in shaping the future of workplace learning.
As part of the summit, Prasoon Nigam, CTO, Stratbeans and Vyond Product Expert, conducted a featured session titled “From Learning Content to Impact: AI-Powered Video Helps Knowledge Move Faster.” The session brought together industry perspectives and discussions on how organisations are rethinking traditional learning content and leveraging AI-powered video creation, AI avatars, text-to-video and multilingual communication to make learning more engaging, scalable and accessible. The session also explored how emerging video technologies can help L&D teams address evolving workforce needs, improve content velocity and create more impactful learning experiences.
Prasoon highlighted how L&D teams can move beyond conventional PDFs, presentations and long-format training modules by using AI-powered visual storytelling to create learning content faster and make knowledge more accessible across diverse and distributed workforces.
A key highlight of the session was the launch of Vyond Turbo, Vyond’s new agentic AI video creation platform, which enables users to generate complete video drafts from detailed prompts, scripts or visual directions. The platform can automatically build scenes, visuals, voiceovers, background audio and text formatting, while allowing users to refine the output through natural-language prompts.
Through the launch, Stratbeans introduced organisations to a faster and more flexible approach to video creation, demonstrating how AI can simplify traditionally time-intensive video production workflows and help L&D teams develop engaging content at scale.
The session also explored how AI-powered video can help organisations accelerate content creation across employee onboarding, internal communications, training, sales enablement and marketing, while reducing dependence on traditional video production workflows.
