We started Lavna in 2021 in New Delhi. Lavna Smart Locks offer the most advanced solutions with cutting-edge technology in the digital locks segment. Our brand provides products for both residential and commercial premises, Lavna smart door locks may be authorized by 100 different fingerprints. Our smart locks are superior and offer six-in-one features i.e., fingerprint sensor, PIN, RFID, OTP unlocking, Bluetooth unlocking, and Manual key access for doors with an unlocking speed of merely 0.5 seconds. Other than these, users can also check the recorded history of past unlocking through the official mobile app. Additionally, in case of an emergency, the administrator can create an OTP using a mobile application for a short period to grant access to someone to unlock the digital lock.

2.Brief us about Mr. Sanat Jain and his contributions to the company and the industry.

I and Vishal Jain are the Co-Founders of the brand. We realized the need for smart locks in our day-to-day life and the gap present in the segment which we could fill through our brand Lavna. He has contributed majorly to the operations of the whole service department, the service department being a very important part of the smart lock industry requires professional supervision and control, expanding the service network pan India, providing best-in-class services to the customer, and building a brand image.

3.Please brief us about the products you provide to your customers and how they get value out of it

We provide our clients with a wide range of lock solutions, which they may access using their fingerprint, RFID card, PIN, Bluetooth, OTP, and Key. We have varieties of door locks such as smart door locks, electronic metal door Locks, and Glassdoor security locks for offices, homes, hotels, resorts, hospitals, and other private premises. Our lock offers the door a contemporary appearance because it doesn't require wiring, glass cutting, or drilling. It is easy to use and install.

L-A24, a wooden door lock with 6 ways to access with an industry-unique Wi-Fi feature is our most selling and premium door lock that can be used for 35mm thick doors. The other sibling is L-A28 offers everything similar and provides flexibility to customers as it can be applied on a 30mm thick door.

Our smart home locks enable customers to unlock doors using an app on their phone from anywhere, and they can even open when you walk up to your front door. 4.Kindly mention some of the major challenges the company has faced till now.

As smart door lock is a niche area that is still to be discovered in India, the first challenge was to generate awareness among the customers about the product and make them understand why they need it. The other challenge was providing services in cities. Being a new product every     

customer was concerned about the services. So expanding our network pan India and

giving best-in-class services to the customers are the major hurdles.

5.What are your growth plans for the next 12 months?

LAVNA has plans to introduce new, unequaled products to the market in the coming months by combining all of the customer signals for further products with cutting-edge technology. We're planning to launch a new lock with a built-in video doorbell that unlocks using a facial recognition system 97 percent of the time. In order to keep up with the growing demand, Lavna Locks has established a goal to open an increasing number of virtual offices in the upcoming years.

We established the company as a B2C brand but, slowly the company is also being favored by corporates and real estate companies and we are getting into the B2B space as well. In the last few months, Lavna has partnered with some of the prominent builders on a project basis and with renowned names of the country such as Adani Group, AIIMS, AIR India (Mumbai), Krishi Bhawan, Golf Course (Noida), and so on. We have grown our service network from 1 city to more than 25. We've covered all the tier 1 cities and are now on our way to covering all the tier 2 cities also.
