Motorola has launched Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power in India, bringing two new budget 5G smartphones that focus on battery life, clean software and everyday performance.
Moto G37 is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant, while Moto G37 Power with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage costs Rs. 15,999. Both smartphones will be available for purchase from May 25 via Flipkart, Motorola India’s website and retail stores.
The main difference between the two phones is battery capacity.
Moto G37 packs a 5,200mAh battery with 20W charging support, while Moto G37 Power comes with a larger 7,000mAh battery and supports 30W fast charging. Motorola says the Power model is aimed at users who need longer backup for gaming, streaming and daily use.
Large batteries continue to drive demand in India’s budget smartphone market, especially among users looking for reliable all-day performance without frequent charging.
Both smartphones feature a 6.67-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate. Motorola has added Gorilla Glass 7i protection and IP64-rated splash resistance on both devices.
The phones run on the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor and support 5G connectivity. Motorola has also included stereo speakers with Dolby Atmos support and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Moto G37 series ships with Android 16 out of the box. Motorola continues to offer a near-stock Android interface with limited pre-installed apps, a feature that has helped the brand stand out in the budget segment.
Moto G37 and Moto G37 Power feature a 50MP rear camera and an 8MP front camera. Motorola says the camera system includes AI-based image processing for portrait and low-light shots. The company has kept the overall hardware simple and practical instead of pushing premium camera features in the segment.

The launch adds more competition to India’s crowded budget smartphone market, where brands such as Xiaomi, Realme and Samsung continue to expand their 5G portfolios.
Motorola is positioning the Moto G37 series as a straightforward option for buyers looking for long battery life, clean software and basic 5G performance without crossing the Rs. 20,000 mark.
