Arbitrum (ARB) is showing signs of a broader recovery as weekly momentum improves, even after a 6.39% daily decline. ARB trades at $0.1316 with $388.04 million in volume and an $879.25 million market capitalization. Technical indicators remain bullish, while weaker market participation and Bitcoin’s rejection near $81,000 add short-term pressure.

ARB Recovery Builds After Summer Low

Crypto analyst Michael van de Poppe said ARB could be entering the early stages of a broader recovery. Its weekly chart now shows improving momentum after an extended period of weakness.

TradingView data shows ARB rebounded from a summer low near $0.0750 and climbed to about $0.1463 in September

TradingView data shows ARB rebounded from a summer low near $0.0750 and climbed to about $0.1463 in September. The token later pulled back toward $0.1317 while staying above its earlier consolidation range.

The Relative Strength Index stands at 72.30, placing ARB in overbought territory and pointing to possible cooling. Meanwhile, the MACD remains bullish, with positive histogram bars and the MACD line rising to 0.01108.

Falling Activity Keeps Short-Term Risk Elevated

Separate Coinglass data shows weaker market participation despite the improving price structure. Volume fell 38.56% to $642.70 million, while open interest declined 14.28% to $188.60 million.

Those declines indicate fewer traders are taking positions as ARB moves through a volatile recovery phase. At the same time, Bitcoin’s rejection from a local high near $81,000 has added market pressure.

Can buyers defend key support long enough to turn this rebound into a broader recovery? The current setup leaves that question closely tied to sustained demand and stronger market participation.

Arbitrum Ecosystem Growth Supports Recovery Case

The Arbitrum Foundation First Half 2026 Report points to wider ecosystem expansion alongside the price recovery. The report lists Robinhood Chain and partnerships involving LG, Mastercard, Cash App, Venmo, Ramp, and PayPal.

The Arbitrum Platform generated $6.19 million during the first six months of 2026. Revenue came from fees, Timeboost, AEP fees, and treasury management activities.

The foundation also expanded builder support through open houses and mentorship programs. It plans further collaboration and product development during the second half while focusing on sustainable ecosystem growth.

Analysts see $0.60 as an initial recovery target if momentum holds. Stronger buying pressure and sustained market conditions could later bring the $1.20 region into focus.
