India’s primary market is set for a busy week, with five initial public offerings (IPOs) scheduled to open for subscription between October 26 and October 29. EAAA India Alternatives, SFC Environmental Technologies, M.K.Sons Fine Jewels, Bombay Coated and Special Steels, and Antala Industries will offer investors opportunities across financial services, environmental technology, jewelry, and steel.
However, these issues have not yet completed their subscription periods. Their performance will become clearer as bidding progresses and investor demand emerges.
EAAA India Alternatives' Rs. 1,200-crore IPO opens on October 26 and closes on October 28. The company has fixed its price band at Rs. 1,585-Rs. 1,665 per share, with a face value of Rs. 5.
The issue is entirely an offer-for-sale (OFS), meaning proceeds will go to the selling shareholder rather than the company. Early grey market indications suggest modest listing expectations, though these unofficial premiums can change rapidly.

SFC Environmental Technologies will open its Rs. 668-crore IPO on October 27, with bidding closing on October 29. Its price band is Rs. 313-Rs. 330 per share, making it one of the week's larger offerings.
M.K.Sons Fine Jewels will follow on October 28. The company plans to raise approximately Rs. 330.48 crore, with a price band of Rs. 153-Rs. 162 per share. Investors will closely watch both issues for subscription demand from retail investors and institutional participants.
Bombay Coated and Special Steels will open its Rs. 183.06-crore IPO on October 29, with a price band of Rs. 78-Rs. 82 per share. Antala Industries will also open on October 29, offering shares at Rs. 63-Rs. 67 apiece through a Rs. 23.33-crore BSE SME issue. Both issues will close on November 2.
Subscription figures, demand across investor categories, valuations and grey market movements will help shape sentiment towards these offerings. However, grey market premiums don't reliably predict listing gains, and actual listing prices may differ significantly from unofficial expectations.
With five issues entering the market within four days, investors should assess each company's financial performance, business prospects, and valuation before applying. The final picture will depend on subscription trends and broader market conditions, rather than issue size or price band alone.
