5+ years of experience in Responsible AI or related ethical AI functions.
Strong understanding of responsible and ethical AI frameworks.
Experience in AI risk assessment and mitigation strategy design.
Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in AI.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, multi-team environment.
15 years of full-time education.
Experience in deploying AI systems that are responsible and scalable.
Knowledge of governance models and documentation practices.
Capability to handle many priorities and manage teams well.
Collaboration with various stakeholders and training teams in a diverse context.
