As a Data Scientist at Wipro, you will be required to:
Oversee and review daily transactions to ensure adherence to performance parameters.
Support teams in meeting SLA commitments by offering technical guidance and process expertise.
Handle technical escalations by diagnosing and troubleshooting client queries effectively.
Provide step-by-step product support, ensuring compliance with all service agreements.
Mentor Production Specialists to improve technical knowledge and operational efficiency.
5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, preferably with GCP expertise.
Strong skills in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in high-volume client environments.
Proven ability to meet process SLAs, maintain quality standards, and improve team performance.
Background in consulting and enterprise digital transformation.
Experience with AI/ML deployment, cloud integrations, and scalable model development.
Ability to conduct technical training (triages) and bridge skill gaps within teams.
