Investigate and apply advanced AI capabilities such as foundation models and prompt engineering into Microsoft products.
Fine-tune and tailor ML models on domain-specific datasets for approachable AI solutions at scale.
Evaluate and test model appropriateness, bias, hallucination, and overall response quality.
Provide support for deploying solutions into production with CI/CD workflows, monitoring, retraining, and debugging AI solutions.
Publish research, file patents, present at conferences, and document processes to promote innovation.
Use principles of fairness, privacy, and security for ethical and responsible AI.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to enable AI solutions to realize business value.
Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics or a related field.
3+ years of experience applying ML libraries to solve real-world data science.
Ability to meet Microsoft Cloud Background Check requirements.
Familiarity with MLOps workflows (CI/CD, retraining, monitoring).
Experience with LLMOps frameworks such as LangChain or PromptFlow.
Familiarity with generative AI models and large-scale ML systems.
Research publications, patents or conference presentations.
Hands-on experience across the entire product lifecycle from concept to production.
