Open Subscription will be on the 23rd of April and closed on the 25th of April for shares in the first Initial public offering of Mumbai-based JNK India Ltd. On the 22nd of April, the company will give investors their winning bid. The 26th of April will be the allocation of shares based on their points and their refund. Promoters and existing shareholders will receive an OFS of up to 8.42 million shares and a fresh issue count of 300 crore INR along with the IPO. Milind Joshi shares by 4.68 lakh shares and Mascot Capital and Marketing shares by 4.4 million up to, JNK Global 2.43 million Shares up to, OFS Comprises 1.12 million shares up to Goutam Rampelli.

Working capital requirements to fund will be used for fresh issues, and from its proceeds, the lead manager issues IIFL securities and ICICI securities to the lead manager issue.

Petrochemical plants and oil refineries are the heating tools for firms' industry processes. Both domestic and international markets handle everything from design to manufacture. Thermax Ltd is the leading Indian competitor. The renewable sector with green hydrogen has expanded in incinerator systems, flares, and venturing.

The company's revenue was Rs 296.30 crore a year ago, and it will increase to Rs 407.32 crore for the financial year 2023. 77 percent of revenue is contributed to the oil and gas segment. Last year, Rs 35.98 crore was up from Rs 46.36 crore in the fiscal year net profit.  By the end of 2023, the ninth month, the company owed a total of Rs 56.73 crore in loan facilities.

As of Dec 31, 2023, the company's order book totalled Rs. 845.03 Crore. The majority 86.29%, came from India while 13.71% was from overseas markets. This substantial order book, equivalent to 2.50 times the company's annualized revenue for the same period, indicates strong revenue visibility. This is supported by ongoing contract negotiations for prospective projects.
