The daily Connections puzzles are an absolute treasure, yet sometimes they can frustrate you on a large scale. It would be sad if you felt too puzzled for your liking but don't give up. This Connections guide is here to help.
We are glad to help you along the way to win, with a few hints or spoilers, whichever floats your boat. If you're interested, we'll also break down the full puzzle solution at the end of this guide.
Connections is probably one of the most popular and challenging daily puzzle games, published by the New York Times (owners of Wordle). The objective is to group the 16 words of the day into four groups, where each group of four words shares a common theme.
For example, "Hook", "Nana", "Peter", and "Wendy" are all Peter Pan characters. For instance, "Action", "Ballpark", "Go", and "Stick" are all words that commonly come just before the word "Figure".
Your goal is to find the common themes, but watch out for misleading connections! The game is won by finding all four Connections with no more than 4 incorrect guesses. Should make four incorrect guesses the game ends automatically and the correct answer is automatically revealed.
For every one of the four groups in any given Connections puzzle, there is assigned a distinct color that denotes how accessible or not it is to find the connection. The colors are: Yellow (Easiest), Green (Easy), Blue (Medium), and Purple (Hardest).
Here are r Connections hints for today:
Yellow: There are no small words in this group.
Green: These words are food-related.
