The tech giant Microsoft launches new gaming variants, Xbox Series X and Xbox Series S. The Xbox Series gaming console has been launched with numerous updates in the model. It was revealed that the Xbox Series X model will now be accessible in a new digital-only version.

The Xbox series will debut in robot white and be priced at US$449.99 across various regions. The Xbox Series X is receiving an upgraded Galaxy Black Special Edition, revealing 2TB of in-built storage space

Previously, the Xbox Series X and Series S was introduced in carbon black will now be available in the color variant of robot white. The gaming variant will come with a storage of 1TB set at a price of US$349.99.

It is to be noted that Xbox Series S opted for a resolution of 1080p-1440p at 60 FPS, offering a great option for gamers. Xbox Velocity NVME SSD is expandable using the identical Seagate Storage Expansion Card found in the Series X. It lacks an optical disc drive, aligning with the increasing popularity of digital game purchases and streaming platforms.

Additionally, the company introduced Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The company also showcased new trailers and gameplay videos for forthcoming video games like Indiana Jones and the Great Circle and Assassin’s Creed Shadows.

Both Xbox Series X and S will offer functionalities such as Quick Resume, DirectX Raytracing, Variable Rate Shading, and Spatial Sound, improving the overall gaming experience.

Games like Doom the Dark Ages will be released in 2025 for PC and Xbox consoles.

The Call of Duty Black Ops 6 video game is set in the 1990s, immediately following the Cold War era of the prequel. The manufacturer mentioned that the game's narrative is constructed around real historical events from the Gulf War.
