Here is an exclusive interview with Sagar Patidar, CEO of Primathon, where he has explained different customized software solutions of the company with the integration of AI and data analytics to yield profit.

1. Kindly brief us about the company, its specialization, and the services that your company offers.

Primathon believes software is the milestone for a company's growth. It hits the mark in creating scalable software services and strives to build a brand by providing high-quality services. The team builds customize software solutions for customers and serves as a one-stop technical solution partner.

It is a process and user-driven company, providing on-time delivery and various services such as web application development, mobile application development, e-commerce development and management, data analytics, and AI/ML and Web3.

The team makes sure that the client's project is completed from start to finish and finds the best talent for them. It is because the team does not just build but also manages their products and presents a fine solution. It also delivers executable applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Node.js, Angular, AWS, React, MySQL, Python, Docker, MongoDB, Jenkins, Redis, Google Cloud, and many others.

2. With what mission and objectives were the company set up? In short, tell us about your journey since the inception of the company.

The mission of Primathon is to enable developers and the technology community with the highest quality of software engineering. The vision is to build a digital conglomerate that creates an impact for millions.

Speaking about the journey, the company began with a small team of two people and currently has more than 45 employees working in various departments. It did well in its first year of establishment, with a revenue of US$84 lakhs, and is currently looking at a revenue of more than US$1.5 million, with a target of reaching US$10 million in revenue by 2025. It is trusted by over 50 tech companies globally to build and scale engineering teams with distributed talent. Sotheby's, Paxful, Staybloom, Freshworks, Coca-Cola, Exl, and Epifi, to name a few. The company also has global and leading clients like Reliance Capital, Crypterns, and many more.

The journey has been fantastic till now, but also overwhelming considering that the company has been bootstrapped from the beginning. The team is also focused on targeting an IPO in this decade.

3. Tell us how your company is contributing to the IoT/AI/big data analytics/robotics/self-driving vehicles/cloud computing/Web3 industry of the nation and how the company is benefiting the clients.

In the past 1.5 years, Primathon has built the capacity to serve customers with big data analytics, data science, and Web3 technologies. It has delivered use cases like customer behaviour analytics, smart communication through intelligent user segmentation, image to text, voice analytics, etc. in the data analytics domain. Furthermore, the team has delivered use cases like smart contract development, centralized and decentralized exchange platforms, etc. It is expanding the existing capacity in Web3 and will soon launch a dedicated brand in this space.

4. Can you throw light on the latest employment trends in the big data and analytics industry?

These industries just keep booming day by day. India is currently one of the world's major big data analytics markets, and along with it, AI and ML are also expected to be among the most in-demand skills in India considering the increased digitization and digital adoption. In India, there are more than a million open job vacancies (approximately 1,380,000) available for data analytics at present— when contrasted with the report for June 2020, the data analytics job figure escalated by about 67.0% in June 2021 in the open job position requirements in this sector.

5. Kindly share your point of view on the current scenario of Big Data Analytics and its future.

Data is unstructured without analytics. Companies are using big data to analyze and channel massive amounts of data in order to increase profitability. Companies use analytics to analyze data patterns, conduct scientific analyses, and leverage technology tools in order to perform their jobs to the best of their abilities. With the rapid advancement of big data analytics, this technology is finding new applications in a variety of industries. Analytical abilities will be in high demand to work on big data initiatives. The demand for Data-as-a-Service models will increase because cognitive technologies will significantly support big data.

6. What is your biggest USP that differentiates the company from competitors?

The quality of engineering, in terms of processes and the quality of recruits, distinguishes Primathon from the competition. The management has a unique hiring approach in which it hires competent engineers and then continues to train them throughout their time with the company. The NPS reflects their efforts and competencies.

The two most important factors that set the company apart from competitors are quality and delivery time with punctuality.

7. Could you highlight your company's recent innovations in the AI/ML/analytics space?

Some innovations in this space are recommendation engines in the eCommerce space, voice analytics in the customer support industry, customer behavior analytics in FinTech, feedback personalization in social products, and smart cryptocurrency conversion platforms.

8. Which industry verticals are you currently focusing on? And what is your go-to-market strategy for the same?

Primathon is very bullish on Web3 currently as the team believes blockchain is the future of the Web and FinTech. The management plans to lead the wave. It is, dedicatedly, working on building and scaling the capacity on the blockchain and soon going to launch an independent crypto software development brand.
