Exclusive Interview with Naveen Jangir, Co-Founder of Incluzon

With the deep-rooted application of digital transformation, the hiring process is also going through an overall change. Choosing the right candidates for the right job has become a more detailed process with AI solutions at work. Incluzon is a two-part AI platform designed to consolidate the scattered pool of competent graduates (across regional colleges) and industries so that organizations can get a talented entry-level workforce and conclude their hiring cycle in hours (which takes months). Analytics Insight has engaged in an exclusive interview with Naveen Jangir, Co-Founder of Incluzon.

1. Kindly brief us about the company, its specialization, and your company's services.

We are a two-part AI platform designed to consolidate the scattered pool of competent graduates (across regional colleges) and industries so that organizations can get a talented entry-level workforce and conclude their hiring cycle in hours (which takes months).

The above said two products include an adaptive skilling app for college students and an enterprise SaaS platform for recruiters, thus making a self-evolving ontology.

With us, organizations can save up to 95% of their pre-deployment cost.

2. With what mission and objectives the company was set up? In short, tell us about your journey since the inception of the company?

We were created and developed to democratize and rationalize the fresher's recruitment using technology.

We were developed based on the founder's life journey – Puja Joshi. During the early years of her career, she realized that the existing unequal job opportunity distribution is disadvantageous to job seekers and employers. Then, with the Jio revolution, the internet penetrated India, and that was when the team started laying the foundation of Incluzon.

3. Brief us about the proactive Founder/CEO of the company and his/her contributions to the company and the industry.

I am the co-founder & COO. I manage the operations, Business Development, and stakeholders. The founder and CEO, Puja Joshi adds to the internal contributions and is in charge of the product, technology, and team building.

Contribution to the Industry

We have a proven record of improving three fundamental matrices for our business clients

1) Man-hours saved in recruitment

2) Reduction in pre-deployment cost

3) Reduction in attrition.

4. What does your technology and business roadmap look like for the rest of the year?

With us, recruitment and skilling happen seamlessly with minimal manual interventions. We will continue to make the full value chain more efficient. Parallelly our R& D team is working on incorporating blockchain technology and metaverse. These technologies will help us enhance the value that we offer to our users.

5. How are disruptive technologies like IoT/Big Data analytics/AI/Machine Learning/Cloud Computing impacting today's innovation?

These new-age technologies are making businesses more efficient. With accurate consumer profiling and behavioral trends, organizations today are more intelligent and rational in their business decisions. Moreover, with the growth of each technology, we are overcoming the limitations of manual effort.

6. What is your Leadership Mantra?

Help your team grow. You will advance automatically and always stand up for what you believe.

7. Do you also feel that the right kind of talent is a challenge in the industry?

Employees are the greatest asset for any company, and finding a candidate fit for the organization from both technical skills and behavioral points of view is exceptionally challenging. Geographical limitations and certain biases make the task even more difficult. Hence, a solution like Incluzon is the need of the hour. Only a bias-free technology, like Incluzon, can help organizations reach the candidates that they truly seek for their organization.

8. What skill sets do you specifically look for while hiring them at an initial stage?

We focus on entry-level roles. Our clients are looking for candidates with fundamental knowledge of the field, not subject matter experts. Most of our clients give equal weightage to communication skills and behavioral parameters in the selection process.

9. Can you highlight the latest employment trends in key sectors?

We have seen a sharp increase in demand for analytics tools knowledge for non-IT jobs roles like core engineering, operations, and sales. In addition, Post-covid employers prefer candidates who belong from their office proximity.
