1.Kindly brief us about the company, its specialization, and the services that your company offers.

We have been in the market for more than 6 years and are focused on providing businesses with Cloud-based or On-premises HRMS (HR Tech) software that lays out several highly effective capabilities to execute HR activities smoothly. Our all-encompassing functionality HRMS Software meets all aspects of employee demands and transforms how businesses manage and engage their people to drive business growth. We are strategically positioned as an employee wellness program that supports talent management and succession planning, employee engagement, lowering attrition and creating a happy work culture; assisting organizations in reducing revenue leakage due to incorrect calculations; and maintaining transparency. Based on our clients' specific requirements, we provide software as individual modules as well as an integrated suite for workforce management in both cloud-based and on-premises models.

2.With what mission and objectives, the company was set up? In short, tell us about your journey since the inception of the company.

One of the key objectives of our platform is to help businesses to transition to the next level. The most difficult challenge for businesses is retaining and developing talent. While they recognize the value of investing in talent and expertise, the lack of robust HR policies and lack of HR technology platforms puts them at a disadvantage. We aim to fill that gap & bring freedom and flexibility to not only boost employee productivity but also keep their well-being at the center of all operations.

Being in the business for over 6 years, our journey has been quite promising.  We are proud to have served over 300,000 users and to have a presence in over 5 countries and 30 industries, making us the one-stop shop for all HR needs. We have collaborated with numerous brands in industries such as education, real-estate, healthcare/insurance, manufacturing, shipping and logistics, retail, pharmaceutical, and non-governmental organizations. Among the notable clients are Nippon Express, Marsh India, Compuage, Arti Drugs, Ziqitza, NYK, Datamatics, Runwal Group, SVYM, Tata Class Edge, and many more

3.What is your biggest USP that differentiates the company from competitors?

Rather than a company investing in multiple softwares, it finds a one-stop-shop solution here that combines several systems and processes to manage and optimize daily HR tasks as well as an organization's overall HR goals. Unlike other existing HR Tech solutions that are primarily focused on payroll and recruiting, we place a strong emphasis on employee wellness and productivity. With the right data at the right time, our HR analytics improves decision-making for senior management. Essentially, our data-driven approach, which is powered by several new-age technologies such as AI and ML, enables them to gain insight into employee data, trends, and even moods.

4.How are the Big Data/AI/Cloud technologies influencing organizations? What are some of the key technology transformations in this space?

Businesses are heavily investing in HRMS solutions. Data and artificial intelligence (AI) greatly assist the sector by providing organizations with staff behavior patterns on specific activities. It also helps the organization understand employee job satisfaction, managers, and company growth strategies. Cloud services, however, have greatly aided the organization to the point where even start-ups can consider investing in software and establishing previously impossible processes. From remuneration to training and performance metrics, Cloud computing ensures that every aspect of employee management is centralized. Cloud technology also helps many businesses transition from older to newer systems because it requires only Opex and no CAPEX. Beehive has had great success implementing its technology in various industries to benefit the company and its employees

5.What are the milestones achieved so far by the brand and the future roadmap?

In terms of milestones, there are many. We began as a cloud-native HR software solution before transitioning to an HRMS product with core HR Modules. We also launched Azure cloud services with core modules. DIESL (Tata Group) has recognized our HR application, and SME Channel has recognized our enterprise version of the product, payroll and compliance management, and many other value-added features. We have also been awarded in the Tech sector as the most influential tech leader by Techplus Media Group. ISODA in Doha has also recognized us for our software solution. Aside from that, in 2022, we received the CRN excellence award in the enterprise Application category, as well as two awards at the Gates ICT event: the Gates Gold award for overall outstanding performance and the Emergent vendor of the year award.

We have periodically focused on product development to enable organizations to function during pandemic and maintain efficiency afterwards. We have steadily expanded our reach over a period of time. Our future roadmap will emphasize employee wellness and employee wellbeing as key parameters while focusing on the product.
