Arif Nathoo is the CEO and Co-Founder of Komodo Health, an AI-driven healthcare analytics company focused on reducing the burden of disease. He combines medical expertise with strategic vision to lead Komodo in transforming healthcare through real-world data, AI, and software, serving life sciences, payers, and providers across the industry.
Arif earned his M.D. from Harvard Medical School and his A.B. in neurobiology at Harvard College. He has also studied public policy at the Harvard Kennedy School. This educational background prepared him well for his future pursuit in healthcare innovation by integrating clinical practice with policy and data-informed perspectives.
Before founding Komodo Health in 2014, Arif Nathoo served as an Associate Principal at McKinsey & Company, leading its Medical Affairs practice. Afterward, he assumed the role of an independent senior advisor focused on healthcare strategy. At Komodo, he built a multi-billion-dollar organization leveraging sophisticated data science, together with its proprietary Healthcare Map™, to provide AI-powered insights that are helping to alter the course of healthcare decisions and to improve patient outcomes across the US healthcare landscape.
