In collaboration with Google Cloud, the launch of Avira and Vir marks a significant milestone in our journey to enhance consumer experience,” said Satinder Singh Bajwa, Chief Commercial Officer, JSW MG Motor India.

Chatbot Avira will assist customers in purchasing a JSW MG Car, providing a natural and personalised experience. 

It will also offer personalised recommendations based on the requirements and budget.

Chatbot Vir will serve as an expert advisor on Electric Vehicles, educating customers about the latest advancements in the electric car industry.
